Laura released her second album From Noche to Night in September of 2015. It epitomizes the time she lived in the US. This album is a mix of cultures, languages, feelings and experiences resulting from 4 years of artistic journey. Laura presents a collection of original songs that tell stories of love set within a background of Colombian landscapes, joyful characters, heartbreaks, and colored with the cultural richness of living abroad. In her music there is space for vocal and instrumental improvisations, allowing the exploration of multiple textures and shades. Listeners will go on a journey of emotions, lyrics, and beautiful melodies. From Noche to Night showcases the diversity of Austin’s musical community and a bright voice from Bogotá.
